Nicole White — 2,000 classes and still going strong.

Some people start a fitness journey because they have to. Nicole started hers because a neighbor knocked on her door — and she fell completely in love with what she found inside CrossFit Coordinate. Ten years and 2,000 classes later, that love hasn't faded one bit. Today we celebrate Nicole White as she achieves one of the most extraordinary milestones in our gym's history and earns her place in our elite 2,000 Class Committed Club.

A Decade of Falling in Love with Fitness

Nicole's CrossFit journey began the way many of the best ones do — with a nudge from the people who know you best. Her husband and two neighbors encouraged her to give it a try, and it was her neighbor Amanda who brought her to that very first workout.

"I didn't think I would like it," Nicole admits. "But I quickly became addicted!"

Addicted is the right word. What started as curiosity quickly became a passion — for the workouts, for the community, and for the version of herself she was becoming. Ten years later, she's standing at 2,000 classes. That's not a habit. That's a love story.

The Gift She Gives Herself Every Day

When you ask Nicole what keeps her coming back, her answer cuts straight to the heart of what fitness is really about:

"We're all so busy in our day to day lives and giving myself time to workout each day is a gift to myself. Every workout makes me stronger and healthier. It's an appointment to me that takes priority. Working out inside the gym makes me better outside the gym."

That mindset — treating your workout as a non-negotiable appointment, a gift rather than a chore — is one of the most powerful shifts anyone can make. When you fall in love with how fitness makes you feel, the consistency takes care of itself. Nicole has lived that truth for a decade, and 2,000 classes is proof of what it looks like in practice.

It's also a perfect articulation of what we believe at CrossFit Coordinate: the work you do inside these walls makes everything outside them better. You're a better parent, a better professional, a better version of yourself when you consistently prioritize your health.

Two thousand classes of falling in love with fitness has given Nicole more than just a stronger body. It's given her something that spills into every part of her life.

That phrase — confidence in knowing I can do hard things — is one of the most powerful outcomes of consistent CrossFit training, and one of the hardest to put a number on. The moments when life gets heavy and you need to know you've got it in you.

Nicole has been building that confidence, one workout at a time, for ten years. And she has the friendships to show for it too.

Her Advice for Anyone on the Fence

We asked Nicole what she'd tell someone who's been thinking about starting but hasn't taken the leap yet. Her response was three words:

"Just do it, make the change and give it a chance. You won't regret it!"

Simple. Direct. And coming from someone with 2,000 classes behind her, about as credible as it gets. If you've been on the fence, consider this your sign.

Eric is a squash player turned CrossFit fanatic.  He is passionate about sports performance and a devout believer in the positive impacts of intensive training on all aspects of life.  When he is not at the gym, he can be found on the squash court, wrangling his children, or staring into space thinking about statistics.

Coach Kristen wears many hats at CrossFit Coordinate. You’ll typically find Kristen coaching the 8:30 and 9:30am class where she brings her energy and years of fitness instruction experience to our community. In addition to crushing our workouts and cheering everyone on, you’ll find Kristen handling the day to day operations of our community and running our nutrition program!

Rick has been involved in the health and fitness industry since 2000 and in the CrossFit world since 2012 (he even owned his own CF gym for several years). He has multiple certifications under his belt including CFL1, Kids CrossFit, and CrossFit Gymnastics.

Peter Ghali

OWNER / COACH

Peter’s passion for fitness and health started much later in life. Overworked and stressed out, he turned to CrossFit to help. Ten Years later he is still working hard in the gym and helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. You’ll find Peter in the Gym quite a bit with his daughter, Hannah, and son, Luke working out and coaching classes!

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
