How Raquel Transformed her Health and Fitness at CrossFit Coordinate
Raquel, a busy active duty service member from Cary, NC, joined CrossFit Coordinate because she was looking for fun and efficient workouts with the limited time that she had.
Being a conventional gym lifter, she was a bit intimidated by CrossFit and worried about how our coaches and workouts would accommodate her injuries, specifically a torn PCL in her right knee and a repaired ACL tear in her left knee. But knowing that she wanted to improve her Army PT test score, she placed her trust in our coaches and programming and joined CrossFit Coordinate.
Raquel quickly began to understand what CrossFit Coordinate was all about.

“My Army fitness test is a walk in the park now, I look forward to it. People at work notice I have lost weight and gotten stronger. I have also done the nutrition challenge in the past and I still use those tricks to build and plan my lunches for the week. I eat less food out of a “package”, and I feel great during my workouts!”
