We are not just a fitness program. At CrossFit Coordinate we are a vehicle for life change. Anyone that has been a member at CrossFit Coordinate for more than a few months can testify to the unique environment that is fostered by our coaching staff and our community.

This place has become a “third place” for many of our members outside of the work and home life.

It’s a place they come to unwind, work off stress and know that they can be their true authentic self.

No matter what your background is, your age, race, religion, or political beliefs… In this gym, we are all athlete on the same journey. In this gym we all root for each other. We all push each other through difficult times, we all celebrate breakthroughs both physical and mental. In this gym, we all may look and act a little different but we are all part of the CrossFit Coordinate family.

The small ripple effect that occurs from nurturing happier healthier humans, extends from gym life to the world around us.

You have set your goals and you are ready to start your journey. We will start you off strong by learning the fundamental movements and principles we will build off!

3. HAVE FUN REACHING NEW LEVELS

After you have established the basics, start showing up to your favorite new class and have fun putting in work with your new community!

Peter Ghali

OWNER / COACH

My passion for fitness and health started much later in life. I have been involved in CrossFit for over 8 years, working hard to be the best version of myself and helping others do the same. You’ll find Peter in the Gym quite a bit with his daughter, Hannah, and son, Luke working out!

Heather Burgin

COACH

Heather is active in both the CrossFit and Strongman Community. Heather also coaches our CrossFit Kids class where she brings her extensive coaching experience to the next generation of CrossFitters!

Kristen Williams

COACH

You’ll typically find Kristen coaching the 9:30 class where she brings her energy and  years of fitness instruction experience to our community. You’ll often find Kristen crushing our workouts and cheering everyone on!

Kathryn Bledsoe

COACH

Kathryn is certified as a 10 year CrossFit coach, as well as a USA Gymnastics Coach, and CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting. Kathryn’s passion and energy for helping people in class is infectious! She believes anyone can do CrossFit and there’s something for everyone in a CrossFit community.

Brandon Grover

COACH

Brandon has over 10 years experience with CrossFit, many of those years coaching. You will typically find him lifting heavy and having lots of fun at the gym! His keen eye makes him a master at correcting movement patterns!

Adam Cummings

COACH

Adam is constantly working on improving his fitness and you’ll often find him working out on the weekends with his wife Caroline. If you need any technique pointers on Olympic Lifts or Gymnastics, Adam is your coach!

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 28-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
