Measuring Fitness
CrossFit Coordinate been around for 10 years and have helped hundreds of people improve their health and fitness. But how do our members know their health and fitness is ACTUALLY improving? It’s simple, they measure it!
However, it has be measurable and repeatable. Repeatable means that there is enough information in the workout and your version of it so that you can use the same weights and equipment to repeat the same test again. This is why programming and scoring standards are important. You can learn more about them here. Without the repeatability you can’t compare your current results to your past results or to your peers.
At CrossFit Coordinate we have a mobile app where it is SUPER easy to track your results over time. Are you able to lift more this month vs. last year? How do you know if your conditioning has improved?
