Introducing the Monthly and Annual Attendance Awards!

Consistency is key at CrossFit Coordinate – We know that starting a new exercise program can be hard. It means new habits, making the time to sign up for class, show up and try your best. For a beginner we know that it can be intimidating or challenging to stay motivated and consistent. We wanted to acknowledge our athletes who come consistently to class. We know that if you come to class consistently, you will make progress towards your goals.

But the question is why? Why is consistency important for CrossFit? There are 3 simple reasons why:

  1. Consistent Training results in long term health and improved fitness. Getting your heart rate up and our body working will help you live a longer, fuller, and healthier life. This effectiveness is only achieved through consistency.
  2. CrossFit is constantly varied, but not random. While we do mix up our cycles, lifts, and metcons, if you don’t come often enough it will be more difficult to get more proficient at certain movements. That is OK, you will still get a great workout, but developing good movement and technique requires repetition which requires consistency.
  3. Our Community extends beyond our walls with friends and activities, but all of that starts in experiencing the shared challenge of our workouts in class. So for 2024, to encourage attendance and help our community we are launching a Monthly Attendance Award and a Annual Consistency Gift.

Monthly Consistency Club Members

Every member that attends at least 12 classes per month will earn entries for a drawing to win an award at our Christmas Party. We know that this will be hard to do every month, but that’s the challenge! Here are the rules for your attendance to count:

  • In order for the class to count you must sign in to Wodify
  • The class or workout must be done at the Gym – At Home workouts or workouts done elsewhere won’t count.
  • We will measure the attendance during the 1st week of the following month and share out the results.

If you want to keep track of your attendance, it’s super easy. Use the Wodify Mobile App and click on the profile icon at the bottom and then select “Attendance”. Remember that only workouts done in the gym will count towards your Monthly Attendance.

Annual Consistency Club Winners

At the end of 2024 we will draw some names and give out some prizes at our Christmas party. We will count attendance from Jan – Nov 2024.

In addition to CrossFit, Chris also has extensive experience participating and competing in Strongman.

Nicole White

COACH

Nicole is a long time member of our community with over 1,200 classes attended. We are very excited to have her experience on our team and helping our members. You will find Nicole working out with our 8:30 or 9:30AM classes and every weekend participating in our Conditioning program!

Brandon Grover

COACH

Brandon has over 10 years experience with CrossFit, many of those years coaching. You will typically find him lifting heavy and having lots of fun at the gym! His keen eye makes him a master at correcting movement patterns!

Kathryn Bledsoe

COACH

Kathryn is certified as a 10 year CrossFit coach, as well as a USA Gymnastics Coach, and CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting. Kathryn’s passion and energy for helping people in class is infectious! She believes anyone can do CrossFit and there’s something for everyone in a CrossFit community.

Kristen Williams

Operations Manager And COACH

Coach Kristen wears many hats at CrossFit Coordinate. You’ll typically find Kristen coaching the 8:30 and 9:30am class where she brings her energy and years of fitness instruction experience to our community. In addition to crushing our workouts and cheering everyone on, you’ll find Kristen handling the day to day operations of our community and running our nutrition program!

Heather Burgin

COACH

Coach Heather is active in both the CrossFit and Strongman Community. Heather also coaches our CrossFit Kids class where she brings her extensive coaching experience to the next generation of CrossFitters!

Peter Ghali

OWNER / COACH

Peter’s passion for fitness and health started much later in life. Overworked and stressed out, he turned to CrossFit to help. Ten Years later he is still working hard in the gym and helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. You’ll find Peter in the Gym quite a bit with his daughter, Hannah, and son, Luke working out and coaching classes!

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
