Want to feel more confident in your clothes? How about perform better in the gym? Many folks think in order to lose weight or perform better in the gym they need to workout. While training and exercise help, the single biggest factor in your success is simply nutrition. It’s also the hardest to tackle. So many people have struggled and given up. We are help to help with our Coordinate Health 6 Week Program.

We know that managing nutrition is hard. We also know that establishing healthy long term habits is also challenging when life is pulling you in many directions. Our Coordinate Health 6 Week Program addresses the biggest concern that people have – “How do I lose weight in a healthy way and not gain it all back?” The answer lies in understanding that fat loss is impacted by many factors and unless you make progress on both the short term factors and long term factors you won’t make long lasting progress. Here are the 4 reasons why we are different:

Education – During our 6 Week Health and Nutrition Challenge you’ll get access to our MyCoach App and 6 weeks of daily lessons to help you learn more about sleep, nutrition, portion sizes, etc. You’ll get access to our member’s only group through the MyCoach App to share challenges and wins and our weekly Zoom calls.

Accountability – You’ll get assigned a coach who will be checking in on your progress, helping you handling challenging situations, and provide guidance and adjustments to help you meet your goals. Our experience shows that this is the single most important factor in helping people actually change their behavior. Change isn’t easy, your coach will help you.

Nutrition – We help you understand portion sizes, and we do give you guidance based on your goals. We DO NOT give you a prescribed meal plan or specific macro targets. For most people we find that doing so may lead to short term results, but just isn’t sustainable in the long run.

Habits – Fat Loss and living a healthy life is not just about nutrition, but also habits. If you don’t sleep well, you are more likely to eat poorly. We will help you with a weekly habit focus and information and tips to help you make small changes to get you going! We will measure your progress with body composition testing and measurements. Erin Grover

COACH

Coach Erin has a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer qualification and has many years of experience coaching CrossFit Classes for both adults and kids. We are very lucky to have her join our coaching and leadership team!

COACH

Eric is a squash player turned CrossFit fanatic.  He is passionate about sports performance and a devout believer in the positive impacts of intensive training on all aspects of life.  When he is not at the gym, he can be found on the squash court, wrangling his children, or staring into space thinking about statistics.

Chris Jackson

COACH

Nicole White

COACH

Nicole is a long time member of our community with over 1,200 classes attended. We are very excited to have her experience on our team and helping our members. You will find Nicole working out with our 8:30 or 9:30AM classes and every weekend participating in our Conditioning program!

Brandon Grover

COACH

Brandon has over 10 years experience with CrossFit, many of those years coaching. You will typically find him lifting heavy and having lots of fun at the gym! His keen eye makes him a master at correcting movement patterns!

Alys MCcoy

COACH

Alys has coached with us many years! She brings her talent as not only as a great CrossFitter, but also a great coach! As a long time coach, she has a keen eye for spotting ways to improve your technique. We are thankful to have her coaching both our experienced and newer athletes! You can find Alys coaching in the mornings!

Kristen Williams

Operations Manager And COACH

Coach Kristen wears many hats at CrossFit Coordinate. You’ll typically find Kristen coaching the 8:30 and 9:30am class where she brings her energy and years of fitness instruction experience to our community. In addition to crushing our workouts and cheering everyone on, you’ll find Kristen handling the day to day operations of our community and running our nutrition program!

Rick Borelli

COACH

Rick has been involved in the health and fitness industry since 2000 and in the CrossFit world since 2012 (he even owned his own CF gym for several years). He has multiple certifications under his belt including CFL1, Kids CrossFit, and CrossFit Gymnastics.

Peter Ghali

OWNER / COACH

Peter’s passion for fitness and health started much later in life. Overworked and stressed out, he turned to CrossFit to help. Ten Years later he is still working hard in the gym and helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. You’ll find Peter in the Gym quite a bit with his daughter, Hannah, and son, Luke working out and coaching classes!

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
