Education – During our 6 Week Health and Nutrition Challenge you’ll get access to our MyCoach App and 6 weeks of daily lessons to help you learn more about sleep, nutrition, portion sizes, etc. You’ll get access to our member’s only group through the MyCoach App to share challenges and wins and our weekly Zoom calls.
Accountability – You’ll get assigned a coach who will be checking in on your progress, helping you handling challenging situations, and provide guidance and adjustments to help you meet your goals. Our experience shows that this is the single most important factor in helping people actually change their behavior. Change isn’t easy, your coach will help you.
Nutrition – We help you understand portion sizes, and we do give you guidance based on your goals. We DO NOT give you a prescribed meal plan or specific macro targets. For most people we find that doing so may lead to short term results, but just isn’t sustainable in the long run.
Habits – Fat Loss and living a healthy life is not just about nutrition, but also habits. If you don’t sleep well, you are more likely to eat poorly.
